These terms govern use of the website, public sample, signed game sessions, and authorized embeds.
Public sample
The Play page is a demonstration. Sample collectibles, score, lives, and distance create no account, property interest, prize entitlement, or right to payment.
Verified partner sessions
An approved partner may request a signed full-game session. The WordPress server determines the accepted Satoshi-unit and life result. A result is a technical response, not a promise by this publisher that a separate partner will provide money, cryptocurrency, or another benefit.
Acceptable use
Do not automate gameplay or ad impressions; manipulate clicks; bypass IP limits, signatures, origin checks, build checks, runtime validation, or one-time session state; interfere with security; expose partner secrets; or use the service unlawfully.
Partner obligations
Partners must protect shared secrets, request sessions server-to-server, use pseudonymous references, display accurate task and reward terms, enforce eligibility rules, provide support, and comply with privacy, advertising, consumer-protection, tax, sanctions, and rewards laws that apply to their program.
Advertising
Every iframe is ad-free. Advertisement clicks never affect units or completion. Third-party advertisements and links on eligible publisher pages are not endorsements.
Intellectual property
The original code, creature design, hazards, text, branding, and site design are protected to the extent provided by law. Browser files cannot be guaranteed uncopyable.
Availability and liability
Features, limits, validation rules, and integrations may change, pause, or end. Adapt warranties and limitations to the law of the publisher’s jurisdiction.
